Organization owns billing and identity. Workspace groups brands or clients. Project is the hard isolation boundary for objects, jobs, assets, and events.
- Agencies: one workspace per client, projects per brand or environment.
- Commerce: workspaces per brand, projects per storefront or locale.
- API keys never cross project boundaries without explicit grants.
